TK Components is celebrating 20 years in business.

The company was founded in 1989 when MD Tom Kelly began selling edging tape and profiles from his home garage in Hyde, which he delivered in his Volvo estate.  The business quickly expanded into a neighbours garage. 

Since then we have built up an established customer base and an extensive product portfolio which includes carcases, doors, wirework, handles, drawer boxes and lighting.

Tom comments, "When I started the company 20 years ago I never envisaged it would grow so substantially in such a short space of time, and this has only been made possible by a dedicated team that is focused on ensuring that TK Components' name is synonymous with quality products, first class service and excellent value.  

Our purchasing department, has worked hard to build up a strong product range and we have moved with the times to expand our product portfolio, whilst always remaining mindful of fair pricing strategies.  We are delighted to be celebrating 20 years of successful trading and the TK Components team remains as committed as ever to providing outstanding overall service which, we believe, is still the most important factor in retaining and expanding our customer base."

Going forward we are about to launch a made-to measure version of the company's popular Reflections range of kitchen and bedroom doors - named Vetro, and to further expand our product offer through the addition of handleless doors, new designs and high specification drawers.
